* RubyKaigi 2011終了しました
日本Ruby会議2011実行委員長の高橋です。
日本Ruby会議2011は、３日間の会期を終え、大きな事故もなく、盛況のまま無事閉会いたしました。…というのは実は去年と同じ文言なのですが、今年は例年以上にトラブルの少なく、また実りの多い会議となりました。これもひとえに多くの方々からのご支援、ご協力のおかげだと思います。本当にありがとうございました。
会期中何度も触れたとおり、今回を持ちましてRubyKaigiはいったん最終回となります。今後どうするかは、一般社団法人日本Rubyの会の設立後に、あらためてお伝えする機会を持ちたいと思います。今しばらくは、残務を粛々と片付けながら、これまでのRubyKaigiを振り返る時間を過ごしたいと思っています。
繰り返しになりますが、本当に、本当にありがとうございました。

The RubyKaigi 2011 finished in success without any majour accident. This is same as what I wrote last year, but it is true that the Kaigi this year has less troubles than past Kaigis and it is a very fruitful Kaigi. This is really owing to support and cooperation of many people. We appreciate what you have done for us.
As it is mentioned in the Kaigi, this Kaigi is the last RubyKaigi. We would like to announce you what we will do in the future after establishing the 'Ruby-No-Kai' general incorporated association. For now, we are retrospecting past RubyKaigis with handling remaining things.
Again, we sincerely thank you very much.

Monday night, after the conference finished, Heroku is hosting a free drinkup for you.
The drinkup will be held at near the Ikebukuro station. (10 minutes by train from conference venue).
