募集テーマ

募集するプレゼンテーションのテーマは以下のとおりです。

• プログラミング言語Rubyとそれを使う人たちがもっとコードを書くことを楽しむことができるようになる話題
• 札幌 Ruby 会議 2012 のテーマ「We Code.」に沿う話題

上記の条件を満たしていれば以下のような発表でも構いません。

• Ruby 初級者向け発表
• 扱うプログラミング言語が Ruby ではない発表
• プログラミング言語を扱わない発表

講演時間は質疑応答を含めて30分です。

注意事項

• 旅費宿泊費などイベント参加にかかる費用はご自身でご負担ください。
• 採択された方は札幌Ruby会議2012のチケットを購入しなくても札幌Ruby会議2012に参加できます。

* Sapporo RubyKaigi 2012: Call for presentations

With RubyKaigi on hiatus, Sapporo RubyKaigi is slated to be the biggest Ruby conference held in Japan in 2012. Join us as Rubyists from across Japan (and the world!) descend on the northern city for the fourth Sapporo RubyKaigi. Please help us make this year's conference an international event by joining us as a presenter. We will accept proposals until Thursday, May 24th, 2012, at 24:00 (JST).

• Sapporo RubyKaigi 2012
• Date: September 14th (Fri) - 16th (Sun), 2012
• Venue: Sapporo Business Innovation Center (only 15 minutes from downtown Sapporo)

Topics

We are interested in presentations on the following topics:

• Ways for Rubyists to make writing code more fun
• That match Sapporo RubyKaigi 2012's theme: We Code

As long as the presentation meets the above, you can even do a presentation on any of the following.

• A presentation aimed at Ruby beginners
• Presentations that deal with programming languages besides Ruby
• Presentations that are not about a programming language

The presentation time will be 30 minutes including questions.

How to Submit a Proposal:

We will accept proposals via github pull requests (the same system as EuRoKo 2012). Details are at the URL below.
