* RubyKaigi 2010 sub-event "World Wide Ruby Conferences"

In RubyKaigi 2010, we'll have a sub-event entitled "World Wide Ruby Conferences", the event's purpose is to learn and exchange information about the cultures of other Ruby conferences and communities. If you are staff of any Ruby conference, It would be really great if you could talk at the event.

We'd like to use the "Lightning Talk" style to introduce some of the people running these other tech events and then to have a discussion. (We're still thinking about what's the best way to do things so if you have an idea, please tell us.)
