* 札幌Ruby会議2012の学生交通費支援制度のエントリーついて #sprk2012
札幌Ruby会議2012実行委員のしまだです。
札幌Ruby会議2012では、学生の参加者の方の金銭的な負担を軽減するために学生交通費支援制度を設けています。 本編のチケットをお持ちの学生の方は、下記をお読みいただいた上でエントリーしてください。
対象者
24歳以下で、専ら学業に勤めていて就労していない学生の方（大学院生及び専門学校生を含む）
支援内容
- 学生1人あたり2,000円を上限とし、往復交通費の半額相当の金券を支給します。
- 自家用車で相乗りする場合、代表者1名にのみ支給とします。
- 支給額が500円を下回る場合は対象外とします。(概ねイベント開催地近郊の学生は支援対象外となります)
- 定期券を持っている場合、定期券で移動可能な範囲は対象外とします。
エントリー方法
まず、下記URLの学生交通費支援制度エントリーフォームからエントリーをお願いします。
その上で、札幌Ruby会議2012当日の受付窓口で学生証（生徒手帳）のご提示と受領証へサインいただくことで金券をお渡しします。
学割エントリー期間
本日から 2012/08/31頃を予定しております。 但しエントリー状況によっては早めにエントリー受付を終了することがあります。
注意事項
- 会場には必ず学生証（生徒手帳）をご持参下さい。お忘れの場合は入場いただけません。
この制度は一般社団法人LOCALの「学生交通費支援制度」を活用させていただいています。

If you are a student who has a ticket for Sapporo RubyKaigi 2012, please read and submit the following form.
Eligibility
Students aged 24 or younger (includes graduate school and vocational school students).
Support Details
- A single student will receive half of the travelling expenses, up to ¥2,000, as a gift card.
- If multiple people are commuting by a single car, the grant will only apply to a single person.
- Amounts under ¥500 will not be covered (Students living in the general vicinity of the event are not covered).
- If you have a commuter pass, the portion covered by the pass will be excluded.

Then, bring your student identification card to the reception desk to be accepted to the program.
Dates
The entry form will be open until August 31th, 2012 (JST). We might close the form early.
Notes
- Please bring your student identification card at the conference. If you do not bring it, you will not be admitted.
This program is part of LOCAL's students transportation expenses support program.
